Welcome to Physical Education!

Hello! My name is Mrs. Beauregard and this will be my fourth year as the Physical Education teacher at the lower campus. I also coach cross country in the fall, coordinate both the CYO basketball program in the winter as well as the Ski Club and Field Day in the spring. Prior to Saint Chris, I worked at the YMCA for 10 years in various childcare roles, teaching preschoolers up to middle schoolers. My husband Eric and I are the parents of three awesome sons (Jared, Nathan and Zack). Our family loves to travel, camp and watch Marvel movies.
 
The goals for the children in my Physical Education classes are:

* listening and cooperation skills
* sportsmanship
* effort and participation
* discussions regarding healthy living
