Welcome to Physical Education!

Hello! My name is Mrs. Beauregard and this will be my third year as the Physical Education teacher at the lower campus. I also coach cross country in the fall, coordinate both the CYO basketball program in the winter and Field Day in the spring. Prior to Saint Chris, I worked at the YMCA for 10 years in various childcare roles, teaching preschoolers up to middle schoolers. I have been married to my wonderful husband Eric for over 21 years and I am the mother of three awesome sons (Jared, Nathan and Zack). Our family loves to travel, swim and watch Marvel and Star Wars movies.
 
The goals for the children in my Physical Education classes are:

* sportsmanship
* effort and participation
* discussions regarding healthy living
