Before & After Care

Before School Care:

Each morning, students may be dropped off at the entrance to the church hall starting at 6:30 AM. Students remain in the church hall until the bell rings at 8:30 AM, playing quiet games, reading, and/or doing homework. Before Care may be used on a drop-in basis or on a regular schedule. NOTE: On delayed opening days, Before Care opens at 8:30 AM.

 

After School Care:

The After Care program runs until 6:00 PM and is held in the church hall. Students enrolled in our after school program will enjoy an atmosphere of caring and fun. This after school time is staffed by our staff and teachers and includes a daily routine that will give our students time for refreshment (both body and mind), exercise, homework/reading time, and relaxation. We want your child to come home feeling refreshed and satisfied after a good day at school and happy to have accomplished their homework or having had some fun "free" time to play with friends! NOTE: All students are automatically registered for After Care. Please notify your child's teacher if the student will be attending on a regular schedule. If you need occasional after school care, please notify your child's teacher on the morning of the date care is needed. If you find that you are unexpectedly unable to pick your child up at the regular dismissal time and need him/her to attend After Care, please call the school at 603-882-7442.

 

Rates:

Extended Care programs are billed at $4.00 per half hour increment. Through our multi-child discount, families are charged full price for the first child and at a 50% rate for each subsequent child at the same campus. Parents are invoiced through their Family Portal on a monthly basis. 

Please note: All Extended Care balances are due when billed on a monthly basis. If a family is past due on Extended Care payments above $100, they will not be able to utilize the program until that balance is paid.

 

Please be prompt in picking up your student(s), as an extra charge of $5 per each 5 minutes after 6:00 PM will apply.
