The Easter Season

Easter is upon us and the students in 3S went all out and worked together to design this bulletin board showing the open tomb of Christ. All students were given an opportunity to design the board and one of these designs was chosen, with the designer, Emmaline, put in charge as the Artistic Director. Each student was given a task in the assembly of the board and the final product came out beautifully and in 3D.

 

Academically, we are forging ahead. In Math, we are covering multiplication and division of multiple factors as well as measurements. In Reading, we are covering biographies and the students are wrapping up their third book report of the year. In Theology, we have explored the mission of the church and how each of us is given the mission to spread the word of the Gospel. In Science, since we are approaching Spring, we are digging (pardon the pun) into Archaeology. I am blessed to have son who is an Archaeologist and he will be helping us to do an actual dig at the school.

 

I am truly blessed to have some wonderful students who are hungry to learn!
