Wow! Where has the year gone??
We are still very busy and this is what we will be working on...
Religion: We will discuss We Honor Mary and the Saints, We Go in Peace to Share God's Love, and God Calls Us to Love and Serve.
Math: We will finish our chapter on Geometry and move onto Place Value to 1000.
Reading: We will read a realistic fiction story about children discovering foods from different cultures.
Phonics: We will learn about the vowel teams oo, ue, ew, and ui.
Grammar: We will discuss adverbs.
Writing: We will write about why Mary is important and continue writing in our journals.
Handwriting: We will finish uppercase letters then practice our skills. The children are excited to write their names in cursive.
Science: We will finish the chapter on space and move onto dinosaurs.. The children really enjoyed space and are excited to learn about dinosaurs.
