Another month closer to the warmer weather...I can't wait!
This month we will be working on...
Religion: We will talk about Lent, the Liturgy of the Word and the Liturgy of the Eucharist.
Math: We will learn about the different coins and how much each is worth.
Reading: We will learn about Legends and Folktales. We will compare and contrast different texts while visualizing details.
Phonics: We will learn about what makes the long i sound then move onto comparatives.
Grammar: We will learn about past, present and future verb tenses.
Writing: We will be working on the writing prompt "What would you do if you found a pot of gold."
Social Studies: We will finish the chapter about Families.
Cursive: We will continue to learn how to write lowercase letters.
